The pulse cleaning head and oscillating Welding Head launched by JGZOE became one of the highlights at the exhibition. The core advantage of the pulse cleaning head lies in its ability to effectively remove rust, oil, coatings, and other impurities from various material surfaces without damaging the substrate. Compared to traditional cleaning methods, the pulse cleaning head offers higher efficiency, is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and significantly reduces environmental pollution.

The Wobble welding head utilizes an advanced optical system and motion control technology, enabling the laser beam to oscillate rapidly during the welding process. This oscillation not only broadens the range of the welding molten pool but also significantly improves welding efficiency and quality. Compared to traditional Laser Welding, it effectively reduces common welding defects such as porosity and cracking, while also minimizing the heat-affected zone. As a result, the strength and toughness of the welded joints are greatly enhanced.
