Please describe the problem you experienced in as much detail as possible and provide the product code of the affected optical component. You may also attach images. If the issue cannot be resolved by your company, please request a return.
To ensure safe transportation and protect the lenses, please use the original packaging whenever possible. As a friendly reminder, electronic products should be packed with anti-static protection.
