At JGZOE, we are committed to providing high-quality optical and laser products that meet the highest standards of precision and reliability. To protect our customers’ rights while safeguarding company interests, we have established the following warranty policy:
Warranty Coverage
All JGZOE products are covered for [X years/months] from the date of purchase against performance issues caused by manufacturing defects or material faults.
“Normal use” refers to use in accordance with JGZOE’s product specifications, operation guidelines, and maintenance instructions.
Warranty applies only when the product is used under specified conditions. Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or disassembly is not covered.
Consumable parts, wear-and-tear items, and naturally deteriorating components are excluded from the warranty.
How to Claim Warranty
Contact our customer service team at wangsitong@jgzoe.com, providing the product code, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting images or documents.
If a product return is required, follow the guidance of our service team to ensure safe packaging and transport. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Our support team will provide step-by-step guidance to ensure prompt and secure handling of repairs or replacements.
Liability & Disclaimer
JGZOE is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from product defects.
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair voids the warranty.
This warranty policy does not affect the statutory rights of customers.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, parties should first attempt to resolve it amicably; if unsuccessful, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court at the company’s location.
