Telecentric F-theta lenses

Compared to conventional F-theta lenses, the Telecentric F-theta Lens is a specially designed optical system that ensures the chief rays of the focused beam are perpendicular to the focal plane at any field angle. This design effectively reduces spot distortion and drilling angles, making it widely used in laser processing applications such as marking, cutting, drilling, and etching. The Telecentric Scanning Lens covers wavelengths including 9.3 μm, 10.6 μm, 1030–1080 nm, 532 nm, 355 nm, and 266 nm. Unlike conventional F-theta lenses, which may suffer from spot size variations due to field curvature and distortion, the Telecentric F-theta Lens significantly improves spot uniformity and processing accuracy by addressing these issues.
